This policy explains what MRX Grout Expert does with your personal information. MRX Grout Expert (ABN 52 170 994 892) provides grouting, regrouting and shower restoration services across Adelaide and South Australia.
What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to quote and carry out work:
- Through our quote form: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the type of work you need, and whatever you tell us about the job.
- If you call, text or email us: your contact details and the content of that conversation.
- Photos you send us of the area you want quoted.
- Standard web server logs kept automatically by our hosting provider, which include IP addresses and browser information.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card numbers or bank details through the website.
Why we collect it
To prepare a quote, arrange access, carry out the work, invoice you, and answer questions afterwards. If you ask us a question and do not go ahead, we use your details only to reply to you.
Tracking and cookies
This website does not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking or profiling tools. The only cookies set are the functional ones WordPress uses to make the site work. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites.
Who else can see your information
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. It is handled by the following service providers purely so the business can operate:
- Our web host stores this website. Their servers are located overseas, which means information submitted through the site may be stored outside Australia.
- Our email provider delivers and stores the enquiry emails our form sends to us.
- Our backup service keeps encrypted copies of the website so it can be restored if something breaks.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Quote form submissions
Enquiries sent through the quote form are delivered to us by email. They are not stored in a database on this website.
Reviews
If you leave us a Google review, that review and the name on your Google account are public. That is controlled by Google, not by us. You can edit or delete your own review at any time through your Google account.
How long we keep it
Where a job goes ahead, we keep the job and invoice records for as long as tax and business record-keeping rules require. Where an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete the details once they are no longer needed to answer you.
Keeping it secure
The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, admin access is restricted and password protected, and backups are kept off-site. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Your rights

Complaints
